Student Blogging Challenge: Week 1 – Activity 2: Write or update your About Me page.

Since I’ve already done an about me page (Here’s a de-brief), I thought I would just do a bit of an extension to my other page.

So, a bit more about me…let’s see. Well, if you read my other page, you would know that I am interested in just about anything to do with the arts. It doesn’t matter if I’m particularly good at it or not, I will give it a go! I particularly love the visual and performing arts, poetry, and recently I’ve developed an interest in puppeteering and photography.

I’ve got a few posts including a bit of my photography. I’ve also got a lot of posts on the Zest Fest; where I’ve been involved in the festival in previous years; what I love about it; and my biggest project, being project coordinator for the Kalbarri Comedy Crew.

Ah, what else is there? I live in Kalbarri, a beautiful coastal town in Western Australia. Sometimes it can feel a bit isolated because we are so far away from anywhere with more than 2000 people! It’s good though. I can walk across the road and sit on the beach whenever I want to. I could walk to anywhere in town if I wanted to, and I usually do.

Actually, in 2012 & 2013, I travelled around Australia for 18 months with my family. We went to some of the most amazing and beautiful places, and Kalbarri is still one of my favourites. I love the beach the most; being able to sit and watch the sunset, and cool of whenever it gets hot. There is a sense of freedom in this little, remote town. That’s one of the other things I love…

Umm, I think I will include a few photos of my work and projects on here…Yeah, I’ll do that.
